Got one of these from someone who said it wasn't working. It was a wiring issue. Had the wiring fixed so it's good to go. It's actually pretty new, no scratches or markings on it, still have the original box and mag with it too. Very nice gun. I am considering keeping it but I really don't want an m4 so first person with $160 or a decent trade gets her.
