Mexican drug gang scenario

I live in Mexico and i have been around a lot of this drug cartel violence so i now what each sides tactics are and i think it would be cool to do a scenario on that topic. What do you all think? If anyone is interested i could write a scenario to hopefully use for a future OP.

You could use Pixie Sticks instead of cocaine.

Sounds like a full on 100+ people operation! I like it! Only problem I forsee is that it seems like the whole Rio Grande Valley is decked out in mulitcam. We need us some Yankees.

This was just an idea i wanted to throw out there to everyone and i am not planning to host something yet.

To Oxide, i am all down with "shooting" Yankees. lol
But that is kind of the challenging part that it will take more that just shooting at someone that does not have the same uniform as your self. It will take observation, skill and coordination with other teams to achieve success.

Well i for see this to be more of a mil-sim event and not just a shoot'em all kind of game. Kind of like the training we were at for op just revenge in Donna.

You could give certain areas of the field to the major factions,

Mexican Area of Operations (US cannot cross into)
US AO (Mexicans cannot cross into)

Zetas and Cartels have the ability to (in order to use the borders as a way of protecting themselves)

Rules of engagement for US forces would restrict them to only firing on border crossers, no cross border raids.

A good field that would allow for a border would be needed.

That is the same think i was thinking, the only thing would be having a field large enough do be able to do that. The Harwood field would be great and OA Zulu might work as well.

As far as US forces go they could assist the Mexican forces upon request.

That sucks, that was a really good field. It is also special to me because that was the first field i played at.
Oh, well.

woodland would possibly work if you tapped into the other 3/4 that is never used. we have only used 1/4 of the field. its supposed to be 20 acres. just throwing that out there. great scenario by the way.

That would not a a bad field either but i have never seen the other part of the field so i cant give my opinion.

If any body has any suggestions please post them.

That would be awesome Red. From the pictures i have seen it would fit the scenario perfectly.

I can vouch for woodland being a great place to play, that place is BIG.
